50% off 1st Wax Promo Policy
Must mention at checkout and be a local resident. You get 50% off your first hair removal service.If you book multiple wax services, we take 50% off the most expensive service and the rest of the services are standard price. For example, if you book a Brazilian Wax and a Brow Wax you'll receive 50% off the Brazilian Wax and pay full price for the Brow Wax. Or if you book a Brow and Lip Wax, you'll receive 50% off your Brows. Full Face Wax will also be broken up in this manner.
Late Policy
If you arrive more than 10 mins late to your appointment and we are unable to do your service, it's a full service charge. Please text and let us know if you're running late to see if we can rearrange our appointment calendar and get everyone in for their services.
Cancellation Policy
24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments at The Lemon Drop. Please cancel online or reach out via text or phone the day before your appointments or you will be charged.
If you cancel the same day, it is half the service charge. If you cancel an hour or less before your appointment time or you no show, it's a full service charge. Permanent jewelry appointments are considered $100 appointments.
Return Policy
Products purchased at The Lemon Drop can be returned up to 14 days after they've been purchased for full refund, so long as there is not significant use. For example, if half the product is gone in two weeks or less, then that is not eligible for a refund.
All SALE items are always final sale.
All clothing, swimwear, and home products are final sale.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates to The Lemon Drop can be purchased for specific services or dollar amounts. They are redeemable for 6 months. That's short, right?? This is an industry where people really put things off. They're always waiting for the right time to get a facial, but there is no right time, treat yourself now and use your gift because if you don't use it in 6 months, you probably were never going to. Also, it will make the giver very happy.
Harassment
Zero tolerance
The studio will not stand for harassment of any kind, there's a zero tolerance policy. The Lemon Drop reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. The business provides intimate services on a personal level, please communicate and act in a respectful manner.
