There is a strict 24 hour cancelation policy. Please let me know the day before your appointment if you're unable to make it or it will be considered a no call no show and you will be responsible for paying for your missed service(s) in full.

If you are more than 5 mins late to your 20 min appointment or 10 mins late to any longer appointments this is considered a no call no show and the above policy stands.

Thank you for understanding it's not fair to me or other people who want to get in when clients are late or no show completely.
